This is frustrating for your clients and I have to imagine frustrating for the people answering they phone. And now you are adding a 3% charge to when I pay with a card over the phone? You refuse to send an electronic bill - you refuse to keep a card on file and just bill as we go. Customer service reps are cheeky and unprofessional. I can not wait to go back to Chicago and deal with professionals.
